Ambitious Assistant Manager — Lead Teams & Service

Welcome Break, in partnership with Starbucks, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy retail hospitality unit. You will help run day-to-day operations, maintain high standards, and ensure customers receive a warm welcome.

You’ll support the Store Manager across service, safety, people and performance, coaching staff on shift, managing stock and routines, and keeping the site clean and organised for peak times. This hands-on role offers real responsibility and growth toward Store Manager.
