Ambitious Project Coordinator - Construction & Planned Works

Gilmartins is seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to join the Planned & Voids team at our Houghton Regis office. The role supports planned maintenance, refurbishments and void property programmes, working with site managers, managers, residents and subcontractors.

Experience in construction, property maintenance or social housing is preferred; strong coordination skills and IT proficiency are essential.
