The Analyst will be responsible for evaluating, executing, and managing a wide variety of equity investment opportunities across all UK and European sectors and geographies.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate on small deal teams to evaluate and execute equity investment transactions- Lead financial modelling and preparation of investment committee materials and recommendations- Conduct market research and sector analysis across UK and European real estate markets- Support due diligence processes and transaction execution from origination to close- Manage new and existing investments and contribute to value creation initiatives- Interact directly with investors, developers, lenders, and external advisorsIdeal candidates will have strong financial modelling skills, prior experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or asset management, and a keen interest in European property markets.
