Anti-Social Behaviour Officer Up to £30.00 per hour Remote Working - Managing a caseload across Wiltshire Immediate Start Temporary contract minimum 3 month contract - Opportunity for Permanent Role

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join a busy team managing a caseload across Wiltshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong experience in anti-social behaviour case management, who is confident working independently and dealing with complex cases.

Key responsibilities

Manage a caseload of ASB cases from initial report through to resolution Investigate complaints and gather relevant evidence Work closely with residents, partner agencies and other stakeholders Take appropriate action to address persistent and complex ASB Maintain accurate case records and ensure cases are progressed effectively What we're looking for:

Previous experience in an ASB or Tenancy Enforcement role Strong case management and investigative skills Excellent communication and organisational skills Confidence managing challenging and sensitive situations Ability to work independently in a remote environmentIf you're an experienced ASB professional looking for your next opportunity, apply today!
