You will be responsible for ensuring that all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities

• Install a variety of domestic appliances, including washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, and refrigerators, in customer homes in Birmingham .
• Ensure all installations are performed according to manufacturer guidelines and safety regulations.
• Diagnose and resolve any installation-related issues or problems that may arise during service calls.
• Provide clear explanations and demonstrations to customers on the proper use and care of their new appliances.
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, ensuring all necessary tools and parts are readily available.
• Collect customer feedback and report any issues or concerns to the management team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in appliance installation or a related trade (e.g., plumbing, electrical).
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools relevant to appliance installation.
• A strong understanding of basic plumbing and electrical connections.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A polite and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Must possess a full UK driving license and a clean driving record for travel within the Birmingham area.
