This position offers the flexibility to manage your own schedule while providing essential repair services for a variety of domestic appliances. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs, and conduct maintenance on-site, ensuring customer satisfaction and appliance longevity. This role is ideal for an independent, technically adept individual who excels in problem-solving and customer service within the Installation & Maintenance field, requiring travel to customer premises while managing administrative tasks remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of domestic appliances, including washing machines, refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers.
• Perform necessary repairs, replacing faulty components and ensuring appliances are functioning safely and efficiently.
• Provide clear explanations of repair issues and solutions to customers.
• Schedule appointments efficiently and manage travel routes to optimize service calls.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer feedback via a mobile app.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and manufacturer recommendations during repairs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Appliance Repair Technician or similar role.
• Strong diagnostic skills and a thorough understanding of appliance mechanics and electronics.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting common appliance faults.
