This role bridges the gap between customer needs and the company's technical solutions, providing expert application support and technical guidance. You will work closely with sales, R&D, and customers to ensure the optimal application of the company's products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and consultation to customers regarding product applications.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into feasible technical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations of products.
- Assist the sales team in technical aspects of the sales process, including quotations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the R&D department to provide feedback on product performance and customer needs.
- Troubleshoot application issues and develop effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in an applications engineering, technical support, or similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles and product applications within relevant industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze technical problems and propose effective solutions.
- Familiarity with CAD software and common engineering analysis tools is beneficial.
