The Role - Applications Specialist, Pathology Laboratory Diagnostics

Following continued growth this market-leading organisation now seeks to recruit a customer focused Applications Specialist responsible for:

• Performing pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales customer training
• Onboarding new customers by engaging teams in the launch
• Travelling to prospective customer sites, luminary sites and trade shows to perform presentations
• Providing ongoing application assistance and support to end users

Your Background - Applications Specialist, Pathology Laboratory Diagnostics

To succeed in this exciting role you must be able to demonstrate:

• Previous experience in an application specialist role with one or more of the following specialisations: haematology, immunology, clinical chemistry, molecular, life sciences, histology, cellular pathology
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
