As a Business Administration Level 3 Apprentice, you will work across multiple departments, developing practical skills and building a strong foundation for a long‑term career in property and business.

Key duties and requirements include:
- Supporting daily administrative operations across various departments
- Handling enquiries from students, landlords, and contractors in a professional manner
- Assisting with compliance checks, documentation, and record keeping
- Maintaining accurate data across internal systems
- Supporting marketing activity and internal communications
- Learning the tenancy journey from enquiry to move-in and beyond
- Providing excellent customer service at every touchpoint
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business
- Managing your apprenticeship coursework and professional development
Essential skills:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver a high level of customer service
- The ability to see tasks through from start to finish
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable in your approach to work
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general IT systems

Based in Loughborough
Working Hours
- Working hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Some Saturdays may be required, depending on the department you are working in (10:00am–3:00pm).
