St Austell Brewery is offering a Chef Apprentice position at The Harbour Light, a key venue in our managed pub estate. You’ll join a busy kitchen from day one, learning directly from experienced chefs while earning a recognised Level 2 apprenticeship in Professional Cookery.

You’ll develop practical skills, technique, and confidence within a supportive team, with clear progression paths across our South West sites.
