About the Role

Our client is looking for a passionate and dedicated Apprentice Chef to join their bustling kitchen team in Liverpool . This is an exceptional opportunity for an aspiring culinary professional to learn the art of cooking from scratch, develop essential kitchen skills, and contribute to a high-quality dining experience. You will work under the guidance of experienced Head Chefs and Sous Chefs, gaining exposure to all areas of a professional kitchen. This role requires a strong commitment to learning and a passion for food.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Learn and practice safe food handling, hygiene, and storage procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment.
• Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and preparing sauces.
• Gain experience in various sections of the kitchen, including pastry, garde manger, and hot sections.
