This is a site-based position, emphasizing practical learning and teamwork in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, such as framing, concrete work, and finishing.
• Learn to operate and maintain basic construction tools and equipment safely.
• Follow site safety regulations and procedures meticulously.
• Transport materials and equipment around the construction site as needed.
• Perform general labor duties to support project progress.
• Participate in team briefings and site inductions.
