Key Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople on construction sites with various tasks.
• Learn and operate construction tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Participate in site preparation, including clearing and organising materials.
• Mix and pour concrete, mortar, or other construction materials.
• Follow all site safety regulations and procedures diligently.
• Transport materials and equipment around the worksite as directed.

Requirements

• Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• A strong willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic.
• Basic understanding of health and safety principles on construction sites is advantageous.
• Must be eligible for a Construction Operative apprenticeship.
