About the Role
Our client, a creative design studio based in Southampton , is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Apprentice Graphic Designer to join their innovative team. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual with a passion for visual communication to develop their skills and build a career in graphic design. You will work on a variety of exciting projects, from branding and marketing collateral to digital assets, under the guidance of experienced designers. This role offers hands-on experience with industry-standard design software and a chance to contribute to visually compelling campaigns for a diverse client base. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of visual concepts and designs for various media.
- Learn and utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Support the design of marketing materials, social media graphics, and website elements.
- Collaborate with the design team on brainstorming sessions and project development.
- Prepare files for print and digital deployment, ensuring brand consistency.
- Develop and refine visual assets under the guidance of senior designers.
Requirements
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative design concepts (even personal projects are welcome).
- A keen eye for detail, color, and composition.
- A passion for graphic design and visual arts.
- Proficiency in, or willingness to learn, industry-standard design software.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be eligible for an apprenticeship and committed to completing the training program.
