Apprentice Hire Desk & Sales Coordinator

GAP Group is seeking an Apprentice Hire & Sales Co-ordinator (HSC) to join our depots. You will be enrolled in a blended learning programme to gain NVQ Level 2 in Hire Desk Operations, combining on-the-job experience with online training.

Over two years you will learn to run an effective hire desk, manage stock, drive sales, handle customer queries, and co-ordinate drivers to meet customers' needs. It covers customer service and sales, back-office administration and credit control.
