Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users via remote channels (phone, email, chat).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware, software applications, and network connectivity.
• Install, configure, and update software and operating systems.
• Assist in maintaining IT inventory and documentation for remote assets.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary, providing detailed information.

Requirements

• A genuine interest in IT and technology, with a desire to learn.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and common software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in a remote setting.
