Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to staff, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Respond to support tickets and service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems, escalating complex issues to senior technicians when necessary.
• Assist with IT inventory management and asset tracking.
• Help maintain IT documentation and user guides.

Requirements
