About the Role

Our client is looking for a technically minded and service-oriented individual to join their team as an Apprentice IT Support Technician in Oxford . You will learn to diagnose and resolve technical issues, install and configure hardware and software, and maintain IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to users experiencing hardware, software, or network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Assist in managing IT inventory and ensuring systems are up-to-date.
• Document IT procedures and user guides.

Requirements
