Key Responsibilities

• Assist experienced plasterers in preparing surfaces, including cleaning, scraping, and applying bonding agents.
• Learn to mix plastering materials to the correct consistency and apply them using various tools like trowels, floats, and hawks.
• Practice applying base coats, skimming, and rendering techniques under close supervision.
• Assist with setting out and measuring areas for plastering work.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring tools and materials are stored safely.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations on construction sites and in workshop environments.
