• Wellbeing support Your Apprenticeship Journey Month 1 Welcome to David Lewis Full induction Meet your mentor Begin learning alongside experienced Support Workers Months 2–6 Develop the knowledge and confidence to support people with: Daily living Communication Independence Community activities Positive Behaviour Support Safeguarding Medication awareness Autism and learning disability support Months 7–12 Complete your qualification, build your confidence and prepare for your End Point Assessment while becoming a valued member of your team. What Happens Next? Successful apprentices will have the opportunity to progress into a permanent Support Worker role.
