Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant — Grow into a Team Leader

Superdrug is hiring an Apprentice Sales Assistant to work 39 hours per week in-store. You will serve customers, keep shelves stocked, and promote our Star Buys, while contributing to store targets. The training period covers 12 months with in-store learning and a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship on completion.

You will be assessed through practical observations, with support from your team and tutor. The role emphasizes a positive mindset, strong communication, and a passion for health & beauty.
