Key Responsibilities

Assist in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code under the guidance of senior developers.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to discussions on software design and architecture.
Learn and apply principles of software testing, including unit and integration testing.
Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of existing software applications.
Collaborate with team members on project requirements and feature development.
Gain exposure to version control systems like Git and agile development methodologies.

Requirements

A demonstrable passion for software development and technology.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Basic understanding of programming concepts or one programming language is a plus.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in our Birmingham office.
