About the Role

Our client is looking for dedicated individuals to embark on a career as an Apprentice Welder within their busy fabrication facility in Stoke-on-Trent . This apprenticeship provides comprehensive training in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Arc welding, under the guidance of experienced professionals. You will gain essential practical skills, learn safety protocols, and contribute to the production of high-quality metal fabrications. This is a hands-on role for someone eager to learn a valuable trade and build a solid career in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist experienced welders in preparing metal components for welding processes.
• Learn and practice different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc) safely and effectively.
• Operate welding equipment and associated machinery with supervision.
• Ensure all welds meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Support the fabrication team in assembly and finishing tasks as required.
