Apprentice Project Coordinator – QuickSTAT – Staines
As part of the QuickSTAT team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our QuickSTAT team in Staines as an Apprentice Project Coordinator. You will support the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, regulated logistics projects for healthcare and life sciences clients. This role is designed to develop foundational project management, supply chain, and compliance skills within a highly controlled environment where quality, temperature integrity, and regulatory compliance are critical. Work alongside experienced project managers, operations teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of logistics solutions, particularly for temperature‑sensitive (cold chain) products.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of pharmaceutical logistics projects, ensuring milestones and timelines are met.
- Support project planning activities including schedules, risk logs, and resource tracking.
- Track project deliverables and elevate potential risks or delays.
- Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory standards.
- Assist in communication with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
- Take meeting notes and track action points.
- Provide status updates and reporting support.
- Update project trackers, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Analyse basic operational data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Help identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Five GCSEs at grades 3 – 9 / A*-D including Maths & English.
- Good planning and organization skills required; ability to multitask and be a self‑starter.
- Previous use of Microsoft Outlook and Excel is beneficial.
- Must have been resident in the EEA for at least the last 3 years (required for visa sponsorship and apprenticeship funding eligibility).
- Enhanced security clearance checks required; agreement to participate in employment screening process, including criminal record checking and identity validation.

Key Information
- Apprenticeship Contract: Fixed Term 2 years.
- Working hours: Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm.
- Place of work: On site – QuickSTAT – Strata House, 1 Bridge Street, Staines, Surrey, England, TW18 4TP.
Recruitment Process
