Arboricultural Team Lead – Onsite Frontline Supervisor

Carrington West is seeking an Arboricultural Team Leader to manage frontline operatives on site across the borough. You will supervise tree teams, plan workloads, and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to high standards of customer service and environmental performance.

The role requires five days per week on site, with a focus on delivering high‑quality arboricultural operations and adhering to health and safety requirements.
