Architect + Project Architects - Life Science Projects

A leading architectural practice is looking for talented Project Architects and Architects with strong Revit skills to join its growing life sciences team. Working on a diverse portfolio of laboratory, research, innovation, and technology projects across the UK, this is an opportunity to contribute to highly technical buildings that support world-class scientific advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver life sciences projects across multiple RIBA stages
• Produce high-quality technical and design information using Revit
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and specialist stakeholders
• Assist with project delivery, ensuring design intent and technical quality are maintained throughout
• Contribute to planning applications, tender packages, and construction information
• Support client presentations, workshops, and project meetings
• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams

Requirements:

• ARB registered Architect with professional UK project experience
• 3-5 years post ARB experience working in practice
• Strong Revit proficiency and confidence working within BIM environments
• Experience delivering technically complex projects
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction processes
• Ability to manage workload effectively and work across multiple projects
• Previous life sciences, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, technical workplace, or research facility experience would be advantageous
• The right to live and work in the UK
