A development‑focused practice with decades of delivery experience is expanding its design team. If you’re an Architect who wants real influence, commercial exposure, and the satisfaction of seeing your work progress through the full development cycle, this role will suit you perfectly.

Key Responsibilities

Leading design development across a range of development‑driven projects

Producing accurate, well‑structured planning and technical packages

Working closely with planners, surveyors and development managers

Contributing to feasibility studies and value‑focused design strategies

Coordinating consultants and engaging with stakeholders

Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning frameworks

What You Bring

ARB‑registered Architect (or equivalent experience)

Strong design and technical capability across RIBA Stages 2–4

Confident producing planning and technical documentation

Comfortable working on complex, multi‑disciplinary schemes

Clear communicator with a collaborative, commercially aware mindset

Experience in development‑led environments is beneficial
