Position: Architect – Location: Leeds – Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE. Hybrid working available.

Architect Overview
- Lead the design and technical delivery of Commercial, Residential, Mixed-Use and Education projects.
- Manage projects across multiple RIBA stages, ensuring programme, quality and budget objectives are achieved.
- Produce high-quality design and technical information using Revit.
- Liaise directly with clients, consultants and contractors, presenting design and technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams throughout project delivery.
- Develop innovative, practical and sustainable design solutions.
- Ensure projects comply with current UK Building Regulations, BIM standards and industry best practice.
- Deliver projects to a consistently high standard, ensuring client satisfaction throughout.
- Balance design excellence with commercial awareness to successfully deliver projects.
- Support and mentor junior members of the architectural team where appropriate.
Architect Position Requirements
- ARB Registered Architect.
- Several years' post-Part III experience within a UK architectural practice.
- Experience delivering projects with construction values of £5m+.
- Proven experience within the Commercial, Residential, Mixed-Use or Education sectors.
- Excellent working knowledge of Revit.
- Strong design and technical delivery experience across multiple RIBA stages.
- Experience working within BIM Level 2 environments and an understanding of PAS 1192 / BS EN ISO 19650 standards would be advantageous.
- Excellent presentation, communication and client-facing skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Able to work using your own initiative whilst contributing effectively within a collaborative team.

- Live within a commutable distance of Leeds.
