Job Description
Surrey | £36-£40 per hour | Inside IR35 | 6-Month Contract
We're looking for an experienced Nuclear Architect with strong Revit skills to join a multidisciplinary team delivering technically complex projects within the nuclear and defence sectors.
You'll work across the RIBA stages, combining architectural design, technical detailing and Revit delivery. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in Surrey.
What you'll be doing
Delivering architectural design across the RIBA stages
Producing detailed designs and technical information using Revit
Supporting complex nuclear and defence projects
Coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering and design teams
Ensuring designs meet UK planning, building and construction regulations
Supporting sustainable design and modern methods of constructionWhat we're looking for
Previous nuclear or defence architecture experience
Strong Revit skills
Proven experience delivering projects across multiple RIBA stages
Strong technical design and detailing capabilities
Understanding of security and CTM design
SC Cleared or eligible to obtain SC Clearance
Able to work in Epsom 3 days per week
Single British nationality required due to project security requirementsThe opportunity
