About the Role
A dynamic architectural practice in Bradford is seeking a motivated Architectural Assistant (Part II) to join their growing team. This role provides an excellent stepping stone for an aspiring architect to gain valuable experience across all RIBA stages, contributing to a variety of engaging projects. You will work closely with senior architects and technologists, assisting in the design development, technical detailing, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and presentations using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Support the development of technical details and specifications for construction documentation.
- Conduct site visits to assist with surveys and to observe site progress.
- Help coordinate project information with consultants and contractors.
- Contribute to the preparation of planning applications and building regulation submissions.
Requirements
- Part II Architectural Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
- A keen interest in architectural design and construction technology.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive approach and a desire to learn and develop within a professional practice in Bradford .
