About the Role

You will work closely with experienced architects and designers, gaining valuable experience in sustainable design principles, material research, and construction detailing. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of architectural designs and drawings for sustainable housing projects using Revit.
• Conduct research on sustainable materials, technologies, and construction methods.
• Prepare documentation for planning applications and building regulations.
• Support the team in producing detailed drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute ideas for innovative and eco-friendly solutions.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors under the guidance of senior staff.

Requirements

• RIBA Part I or equivalent architectural qualification.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential; familiarity with other design software is a plus.
• A strong interest and understanding of sustainable architecture and eco-friendly design principles.
• Good knowledge of UK planning policies and building regulations related to housing.
• Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a virtual team.
