Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs from conceptual stages through to detailed design drawings.
• Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visualisations for client presentations.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and supporting documentation for planning applications and construction.
• Collaborate with the senior architectural team and external consultants on design development.
• Assist with site visits and surveys to gather project information and monitor construction progress.
• Research and apply innovative materials and construction techniques to enhance design solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent relevant qualification.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, ArchiCAD) and rendering tools.
• Strong conceptual design skills and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Familiarity with UK planning regulations and building standards.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a design team.
