Architectural Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join their vibrant studio in Milton Keynes . In this role, you will be instrumental in developing design concepts and producing high-quality design documentation for a variety of exciting projects. You will work closely with senior architects and project managers, contributing to the visual and technical aspects of design development, from initial sketches and visualizations to detailed construction drawings. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of architectural design concepts, including creating sketches, renderings, and presentations.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations using CAD and BIM software.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to integrate various building systems and elements into the design.
• Research materials, building technologies, and regulatory requirements to inform design decisions.
• Contribute to the preparation of design reports and project documentation.

Requirements

• A degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in architectural design, preferably within an architectural practice.
• Proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and visualization software such as SketchUp or 3ds Max.
• A strong understanding of design principles, architectural theory, and basic building codes.
• Excellent graphical and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
