About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join their progressive firm in Milton Keynes . This role focuses on the conceptualization and development of design solutions, working closely with senior architects and project managers. You will contribute to the aesthetic and functional aspects of projects, producing high-quality visualisations and design documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging designer to gain broad experience across various project typologies and contribute to innovative design outcomes within a supportive and forward-thinking practice in Buckinghamshire .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, sketches, renderings, and 3D models for architectural projects.
• Assist in the preparation of design development documentation and presentation materials.
• Collaborate with senior architects on design research and the exploration of innovative materials and technologies.
• Ensure design proposals align with client briefs, regulatory requirements, and project budgets.
• Maintain design integrity and contribute to the overall aesthetic vision of the projects.

Requirements

• A degree in Architecture or a related design discipline.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion).
• Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD and potentially Revit is beneficial.
• A keen eye for detail, strong visual communication skills, and a passion for design.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently on assigned tasks.
