About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join their vibrant studio in Leeds . This role focuses on the conceptualization and development of innovative architectural designs for a range of exciting projects. You will work closely with senior architects and clients, contributing to design presentations, producing visualisations, and developing design schemes. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of architectural concepts and design proposals.
• Prepare high-quality visualisations, including renderings, 3D models, and presentations.
• Contribute to the preparation of design documentation for planning applications and tender packages.
• Research materials, technologies, and design trends to inform creative solutions.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent is maintained through all project stages.

Requirements

• A degree in Architecture or a related field, with a strong design portfolio.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino) and rendering tools (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion).
• Familiarity with architectural design principles and construction knowledge.
• Excellent graphic communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in Leeds .
