About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join their expanding practice based in Cardiff . This role is perfect for an individual passionate about developing innovative design concepts and translating them into beautiful, functional spaces. You will be involved in a variety of projects, contributing to the design narrative and ensuring high aesthetic standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present architectural design concepts and proposals for various project types.
• Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentations using CAD and visualization software.
• Assist senior architects in the preparation of technical documentation and specifications.
• Conduct research on materials, building techniques, and design trends to inform project development.
• Collaborate with design teams and clients to refine design solutions and achieve project goals.
• Ensure design proposals align with project briefs, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or a related design discipline.
• Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion).
• Excellent visual communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas effectively.
• A good understanding of architectural principles and construction methods.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
