Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative architectural designs and conceptual plans for various project types.
- Produce high-quality 3D models, renderings, and architectural drawings using advanced software.
- Assist senior architects in the preparation of design development documentation and client presentations.
- Collaborate with consultants and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Research materials, technologies, and design trends to inform innovative design solutions.
- Ensure designs are compliant with relevant planning policies and building regulations in the UK .
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or a related field, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design flair.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in architectural design or practice.
- Proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion).
- A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of design principles and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
