About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Architectural Project Lead to oversee a portfolio of exciting projects from inception to completion in their Milton Keynes office. This senior role requires a blend of strong design acumen, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a talented architectural team. You will be instrumental in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest design standards. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects through all design and delivery stages.
• Develop project strategies, programmes, and fee proposals in conjunction with clients.
• Ensure architectural designs meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and design excellence.
• Manage and mentor junior architects and architectural technicians within project teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with substantial post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex architectural projects.
• Strong understanding of contract administration and project financial management.
• Proficiency in architectural design software and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
