About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and organised Architectural Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of diverse architectural projects in Leeds . You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring effective communication between all parties involved, from clients and design teams to contractors and regulatory bodies. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and cost estimates.

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.

• Demonstrated understanding of construction law, contract management, and risk management .
• Proficiency in project management software and standard architectural design tools.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills essential for coordinating diverse teams in Leeds .
