About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of architectural projects, from inception to handover.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Oversee the technical aspects of design implementation, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Architectural Project Manager or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software and relevant architectural CAD tools .
• Excellent understanding of UK planning and building regulations .
