About the Role
Our client is searching for a proactive and experienced Architectural Project Manager to join their fully remote, international team. This key role will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of diverse architectural projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and mitigating risks. This fully remote position offers unparalleled flexibility, allowing you to leverage your project management expertise from anywhere while contributing to innovative architectural endeavors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of architectural projects, from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients, design teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and client specifications for projects based globally but managed remotely.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Architectural Project Manager or in a similar project leadership role.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction processes, and contract administration.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and BIM tools .
- Ability to work independently and lead teams in a remote setting.
