Key Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring all objectives are met.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Oversee the preparation of design documentation, tender packages, and site administration.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management or a related field.
• Professional qualification in Architecture or a related construction discipline.
• Proficiency in project management software and BIM tools like Revit .
• Strong understanding of UK construction processes, regulations, and contract administration.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work effectively in a hybrid setting.
