Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of architectural projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
• Coordinate communication between design teams, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all project activities comply with relevant building regulations, planning permissions, and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise.
• Conduct site visits and progress meetings to monitor project status and quality.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or a related construction management field.
• Proven experience in architectural project management or a senior architectural role with project oversight.
