About the Role

This role is central to translating architectural designs into practical, buildable information. You will work closely with architects and project managers, producing detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation for a variety of projects. Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawings, plans, sections, and elevations using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Develop specifications for materials, finishes, and construction details.
• Assist in the preparation of Building Regulations and planning application documentation.
• Conduct site inspections to verify design details and construction progress.
• Coordinate technical information with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

Requirements

• A relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as an Architectural Technician, with strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Solid understanding of UK building regulations and construction practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical documentation.
• Good communication and collaborative skills, suitable for a hybrid work environment in Reading .
