About the Role

This role focuses on the technical delivery of architectural projects, involving the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documentation. You will work closely with architects and contractors, playing a key role in ensuring that designs are translated accurately into buildable solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawings and construction information using CAD software .
• Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers and other consultants to integrate their designs.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress for compliance with drawings.
• Ensure all technical documentation adheres to UK building regulations and standards.
• Respond to site queries and resolve technical issues during the construction phase.

Requirements

• HND or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as an Architectural Technician , with strong technical drawing skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD ; experience with Revit is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with site teams and consultants.
