Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawings, plans, sections, and elevations using CAD software.
• Prepare construction documentation, including specifications and schedules, for tender and site use.
• Ensure all drawings and documentation comply with current building regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with other consultants and contractors to resolve technical queries during construction.
• Conduct site visits to verify existing conditions and monitor construction progress against design drawings.
• Assist in the preparation of planning applications and Building Regulations submissions.

Requirements

• A qualification in Architectural Technology, Construction, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as an Architectural Technician or in a similar technical role.
• Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or ArchiCAD.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and UK building regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
