Architectural Technologist - All levels

Overview

Our client is seeking Architectural Technologists at graduate, intermediate and senior levels to join a growing, inclusive and highly collaborative multi-disciplinary practice. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who value teamwork, continuous learning and high-quality technical delivery. The successful candidate will work alongside Chartered Architects, Technologists, Passivhaus Designers, and Civil & Structural Engineers within a practice recognised for leading sustainable social housing projects across Wales. Key Requirements

Proficiency in

Revit

is essential;

AutoCAD

experience on live projects is required.

Experience within

social housing

or related sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.

Strong ability to

collaborate, communicate and coordinate

within a multi-disciplinary team.

Solid understanding of

UK Building Regulations and Standards .

Intermediate Level

Competent working knowledge of Building Regulations.

Familiarity with the regulatory framework introduced

1 July 2026 .

Ability to support technical design delivery across

RIBA Stages 34 .

Senior Level

Thorough working knowledge of Building Regulations and associated frameworks.

Capable of planning, managing and monitoring the technical design process from

RIBA Stages 34 through to completion .

Confident operating in a

client-facing capacity .

Role Expectations

Produce accurate technical design information using Revit and AutoCAD.

Contribute to the development and improvement of

quality systems and processes .

Work effectively within an inclusive team environment that values shared learning and technical excellence.

Demonstrate strong technical skills, construction knowledge and clear written/verbal communication.

Qualifications & Experience

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

and

Revit .

Good understanding of

UK Building Regulations .

Strong technical and construction knowledge.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
