About the Role

Our client seeks a detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to support their architectural team in Leeds . This role is focused on the technical aspects of design and construction, ensuring that architectural plans are practical, compliant, and constructible. You will play a vital role in developing detailed technical drawings, specifications, and building information models. Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawings, construction information, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ensure designs comply with current UK building regulations, British Standards, and planning requirements.
• Liaise with contractors, engineers, and other consultants to coordinate technical details.
• Conduct site investigations and surveys to gather necessary information for design development.
• Prepare schedules of work and assist in the tendering process.
• Provide technical support throughout the construction phase of projects.

Requirements

• A qualification in Architectural Technology or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist.
• Excellent proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
