Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D renders , animations, and walkthroughs of architectural projects using industry-leading software.
• Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and translate them into visually engaging outputs.
• Develop and maintain a library of assets and materials for efficient rendering processes.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in architectural visualisation and rendering technology.
• Manage multiple visualisation projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results for projects nationwide.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Architectural Visualiser or similar role, with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max , V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or Blender.
• Proficiency in post-production tools like Photoshop and After Effects.
• A keen eye for detail, composition, lighting, and colour theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork.
