What You Will Own
- Shape and execute digital transformation strategies aligned to organizational goals, driving measurable and sustainable change.
- Engage stakeholders to understand complex business challenges and translate them into clear digital solutions and product concepts.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities for digital interventions that simplify processes and enhance agility.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of technology solutions across assigned products, maintaining strategic alignment through the lifecycle.
- Drive innovation through ideation programs, proof of concepts, and blueprint creation to validate approaches and accelerate digital adoption.
- Proactively identify risks and issues across product/project lifecycles, ensuring timely escalation, decisions, and resolution.
- Ensure compliance with organizational frameworks and governance models, while supporting performance metrics and productivity improvements.
- Build subject matter expertise, contribute to team outcomes, and support project management activities to enable seamless execution.

- Stakeholders have shared clarity on problem statements, product concepts, priorities, and expected outcomes.
- Assigned products/solutions are delivered with disciplined lifecycle execution (from concept to delivery), with risks and issues managed early.
- Ideation, POCs, and blueprints shorten decision cycles and increase confidence in digital adoption.
- Governance and compliance expectations are met without unnecessary friction, and performance visibility improves through meaningful metrics.

- Risk and issue identification and management across product/project lifecycles, including timely escalation and resolution.
- Ability to work within organizational frameworks and governance models and contribute to performance metrics and productivity improvement.
- Foundational functional capability across: Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Data Visualization, DevOps, Digital Product Management, Prototyping, and User Experience (UX) Design.
- Working capability across: Agile Methodology, Data Analysis, Program Management, Data Storytelling, and Design Thinking.
- Behavioural capabilities: curiosity and agility in adapting to new technologies and shifting priorities; clear and empathetic communication across diverse stakeholders; ownership mindset with continuous learning.
Preferred Or Trainable Capabilities
- Exposure to project management and implementing digital product strategies and digital product lifecycles, including compliance with software quality standards for a business unit.
- Exposure to emerging trends and technologies (e.g., AI, data analytics) and their application in digital product development.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Aha!).
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
- Exposure to Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Education, Certifications, And Experience
- Educational qualification (mandatory): Graduation in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA: Preferred.
- Certification: ICAgile Agile Product Ownership (ICP-APO) preferred.
- Work experience: 0–2 / 2+ years of experience.
